Entries for the Design My Flag competition must be received by 11.59pm Monday 13 July. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
The winning entrant will be informed on Wednesday 15 July and all unsuccessful entrants will also be notified.
By entering the competition you are giving permission for the Morgan Foundation to use your flag for any promotional purpose on.
IP ownership resides with the creator but they grant use to the Morgan Foundation to use the image of the flag.
Judging of the winning flag is at Gareth Morgan’s sole discretion. No correspondence will be entered in to.
The winning entrant will be awarded NZ $20,000. This money will be deposited into the nominated bank account of their choice and may include charity organisation of their choice. Any tax payable will be the responsibility of the recipient of the funds.
The winning flag as decided by us will be entered into the official Flag Consideration Project with appropriate credit to the designer.
The winner grants use of their flag image to the Morgan Foundation in perpetuity. The Morgan Foundation will ensure best efforts are made to ensure the designer is mentioned as appropriate.
